Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

PickAReset is operated by Elizabeth Wanyoike (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By accessing or using PickAReset — including the intake questionnaire, personalized fasting and refeed protocols, dashboard, and AI Bio-Coach — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, where you act for an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

PickAReset provides personalized intermittent-fasting and gut-reset protocols, a fasting timer, check-in tracking, and educational content. It is wellness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your eating patterns, especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights of the Seller or third parties.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping content at scale.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

4. Intellectual property

The Seller retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, protocols, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal wellness purposes.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Payments

New subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in GBP. Some earlier customers may hold a one-time lifetime purchase; those accounts remain grandfathered. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep PickAReset available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time as the product improves.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where access ends, your locally stored data may be lost; contact us if you need an export.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires.
