Refund Policy

We want PickAReset to genuinely help you. If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. Refunds apply to the original payment amount only.

After the 30-day guarantee window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email support@pickareset.com with your purchase receipt and we will help you.

Once a refund is completed, your paid access to the personalized protocol and paid features ends automatically. Your free trial and any locally stored data are unaffected.
